Alicia A. Porter, Esquire
Associate Attorney
Alicia Porter was born in Texas, into an Air Force family, which provided her the opportunity to travel all around the world. In 2004, Alicia decided to put down roots in Delaware. In 2006, Alicia received her bachelor’s degree from Wesley College, followed by her receiving a master’s degree in human resources from Wilmington University in 2007. Alicia worked in human resources for a couple years prior to deciding to go to law school. In 2011, she received a juris doctorate from Widener University, School of Law.
As a former Deputy Attorney General for Delaware’s Department of Justice, she understands the elements of each crime, the burden of proof, the court staff, Judges, and local prosecutors. Alicia also represents litigants in personal injury, HOA, and breach of contract.
Alicia is on the board of the Kent County Bar Association and her Home Owner’s Association. In 2020, Alicia created a 501(3)(c) to benefit the cheerleaders at Fly High Cheer & Tumble in Camden, DE.
